BOG - BlackAF Straight Razor

Wonderful product

This is my first straight razor and I was quite comfortable shaving with it. It fits well in the hand, it's sturdy and with it being all metal good for a beginner like myself. The razor came very sharp straight out the box and was just a pleasure to use. So far I've shaved my legs with very few Nick's here and there, I got so comfortable that my boyfriend let me shave his face and he said it was the smoothest shave he's ever gotten ( he doesn't wet shave). Overall wonderful product and I would definitely recommend it.

Good Razor

The metal tin it was in came dented, but the razor itself wasn't damaged. Been using it for about a week and I'm very pleased, good quality especially for the price

Customer service stinks

Purchase went easily, shipped quickly. Went bad from there. Blade was married by a1.5 inch etch. Black blade showed it blatantly. I asked CS what my options are. Replied send pic. Sent and asked again for pic. Sent again. Then crickets. No reply no anything. It's a terrible way to run a business.
