I love the machine and the product it produces. I want to give it 5 stars but I can’t. And this does not reflect on fmcraft because their service was mostly phenomenal. They addressed any issues I had quickly and with a customer service mindset. The problem I had was with manufacturing and shipping. My first cutter came coated in a black carbon substance and after taking it apart to clean it so it wouldn’t continue ruining my pictures, it would no longer align and cut no matter what I did. I was able to get a replacement at no cost but the box was damaged. The pull handle was sharp and had gouges with metal shavings that actually cut my husband. When putting paper in it, it sounds grainy like its dirty. Have not had a real chance to use it yet though. But if I have any issues with performance of the new one, I feel confident fmcraft will handle it. So overall I am happy.
