Literally soo beautiful, but box came a little damaged but thats okay gor the price $35 it’s totally worth it. And it looks pretty convincing to be real!

My customer service with this vendor has been absolutely satisfactory, and the cup itself is gorgeous! I first ordered this item around the middle of last month, but there were a few imperfections inflicted during shipping. Any ONE of the small issues ALONE I could have accepted without contacting the vendor, but because I found several compounded issues, I reached-out & sent pics of the damage. They were absolutely quick to respond to my concerns & made every effort to “make it right” with my order. My new/replacement cup arrived today & in perfect condition! I’d absolutely buy from this company again, if I ever need “another” purple (my color) insulated mug/flask to expand my collection!! (PS) I *still* don’t know who the heck Olivia Rodrigo is, but I completely fell in love with this one because it’s purple/lavender AND it has the cool “trail of stars” design on it! 💜🤩
