I've been a customer for over a decade, and have various ages of seeds hidden all over the house. I found some of these "hot" sprout seeds that I had bought a couple of years ago and realized I had never tried them because of being nervous I would find them to be too hot since I never like spicy foods. I must have bought them to challenge myself and chickened out. Well, apparently I don't like spice from peppers but I actually love spice from sprouts. It's an entirely different kind of heat and I think these sprouts are fantastic tasting, and I like that there is finally something spicy I can eat to add a little zip to meals now.
