Quad Cane with Extra Handle

We purchased 4 Quad canes with the Extra Handle specifically to help my husband and me get up from chairs and sofas. The canes do not help us. We cannot use them. Last week I reported that the canes were of no use to us. I filled out and submitted the required return form 4 times, once for each cane. I received a reply that the request for full refund had been received and I was to look for 2 return labels being sent by the company. (The original order of 4 canes was sent in 2 shipments, so I need 2 return labels.) Please expedite this return by sending the 2 mailing labels for the 2 boxes. Thank you,

The cane is sturdy and provides stability that accompanies me. I choose to use it when I could maybe do without. I like it.

It seemed to me that my wife needed some tool to steady her as she walked around the apartment, and we have a single foot cane that she ignores. But this is one that she's going to and relying on. Not sure what the appeal is (since she can't articulate it) but from what I see, that it can stand on it's own gives her confidence, as well as being easy to keep handy and not have to find some way to keep a single stick handy and useful. I even borrowed it the other night when I was feeling a bit woozy and found it to be a reliable, sturdy support.
