Overall I really like the product. The thumb screws that used to tighten the 60w laser in place seem a bit crude. Something a bit more sophisticated would be an improvement. When you tighten a thumb screw, depending on where it bites, it can move the part you're trying to tighten. In addition to being difficult to get to the laser to the proper height, even after tightening the thumb screws, the laser drops after removing the focus spacer. This appears to be because the laser mount is not tight to the cross piece. The red sliding cover broke before I ever got it installed. The manual needs improving. There is no mention of the included honeycomb grid. But generally it is informative. So far I've engraved and cut bass wood and engraved glass with the rotary option. My next goal is to engrave powder coated metal. Having said those negative pieces, I am quite pleased with the product.
