Medium Band Assembly Kit

I was extremely upset that big green egg did not warranty mine and assembly in that the lower band had completely deteriorated while the top band was still in good shape. There’s no reason for this. They made me buy an entire new set for over $100 obviously the new band is excellent and was easy to install.

It’s great but I accidentally ordered an extra handle. I didn’t know one was already included with the kit. How can I return it?

I’ve had my BGE so long, this is the second replacement band assembly. It got here so fast, I haven’t had a chance to install it yet. If it performs as well as the previous two, I have no complaints.
