Fire Box for XL Egg

I ordered two items… a brisket knife and a fire box… ups delivered the knife but not the fire box… this order is not yet received and i need a resolution because your system and ups shows it as delivered… it is not

I have owned my XL Big Green Egg for 16 years now, and have nothing but praise. When I filed the warranty claim for the firebox that had cracked, I had a new firebox in about 2 weeks.

Came quickly on line warranty system worked well. Digging it out of all the transport foam not too much fun but it works.
