I never leave a written review, but I had to for this company. I ordered the incorrect size necklace for my wife and reached out to customer service. I had a response in MINUTES. I was assisted with the exchange process and had my new purchase on its way that day! My refund for the cost difference was also handled immediately. I will definitely shop here in the future.
