Proloaf Organic Sourdough

Disappointed. I was looking for that yummy sourdough twang and found none. My starter I use is not that old so I thought their longer fermentation would produce what mine did not. But, all I got was a hard and extra chewy loaf. The rosemary was not good as it smelled and tasted a bit moldy. It's in the freezer right now but will probably get thrown out. The flavor of the others was ok, just hard and as I said, extra chewy and no twang.

Its a wonderful tasteful sourdough that i have been enjoying.

The taste is great, but trying to slice it with a bread knife is like trying to slice thru a brick!
