I bought my whole family a personalised candle for Christmas. I think thur are so beautiful and smell amazing! Thankyou

Postage took way too long & didn’t meet expected deadline. When raising this with the company they said it was an Aust post issue. I suggested couriering parcels might be the way to go as items I get from China take the same time as this one did! They said they would refund postage . This never happened as promised. I was disappointed with the owners very defensive attitude when advising her of my concerns.
