Trying the slightly less potent (according to the site) Altai Mtn's Shilajit. Only been using it a few days, and Already I prefer it to the more potent Himalayan version. The taste is "better" (still not nectar: but better) it dissolves a bit easier. And...it seems to be working better ...for me. I can feel a difference already. It is less cost for a larger amount, which also helps! When I finally get through the 3 jars, I'll probably get more. the spoon in the photos is a "one Drop" measure purchased elsewhere. I find it easier to get the correct amount than the (very good quality!) one supplied.
