Zardo Mystery Bag

Dear Zardo Cards Team, I’m contacting you regarding my recent mystery bag order, and to be honest, I’m quite frustrated with what I received. Your product description stated a guaranteed same value, and in a prior email, I was told that each bag would include a PSA 10 slab along with three packs. While I did receive the packs, only 1 PSA 10 slab out of 5 bags was included. That’s simply not what was promised. This feels misleading, and it significantly affects the value of what I paid for. I made this purchase based on the expectation that each bag would meet the criteria you communicated. I expect a clear explanation for this discrepancy and a proper resolution—either by sending the missing PSA 10 slabs or offering appropriate compensation. Please take this matter seriously and respond promptly.

Good value, not bad for a mystery box would definitely buy one again.
