Crescent Table Lamp

I spent $200 on this lamp and have been incredibly disappointed—not only with the quality of the product, but with the company’s complete lack of accountability. The first lamp I received was scratched, so the company allowed me to exchange it. Unfortunately, the second lamp arrived with a part hanging off. After receiving two defective lamps, I expected the company to stand behind its product and offer a reasonable resolution. Instead, they have refused to provide another replacement or allow a return. It is unacceptable to charge $200 for a product that arrives damaged, not once but twice, and then refuse to take responsibility when the customer brings the issue to your attention. The customer service has been unhelpful, and the company’s unwillingness to make this right demonstrates a complete lack of respect for its customers. A company’s commitment to customer satisfaction is revealed by how it handles problems, not just by how it sells its products. This company has failed on both product quality and customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from a retailer that refuses to stand behind what it sells. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

It’s fab

Love my lamp so much! Shipped super quickly (with super protective packaging), easy to put together, and feels super lux! Would highly recommend
