Not what I was looking for

The flavour was disappointing. I’ve tasted thyme honey while in Crete and I was amazed by the flavour. I ended up buying several bottles for myself and friends. So I was expecting this honey to have a similar intense flavour. In comparison I could barely taste any thyme at all almost as if they mis-bottled it. I will look for another source.
