Beechwood Embroidery Hoops

Beautiful frame except for one small thing...

I ordered the frame and matching hoop size. Both were a perfect fit for my piece and the hoop was really nice quality. My one small complaint is with how the hoop fits inside the frame. The little cardboard pieces that hold the hoop in place were not enough and I had to cut up extra cardboard I had laying around to fill up the gaps. This still wasn't enough and the hoop and/or cardboard pieces kept falling out. If I had more time I would have tried to secure the hoop another way, but I didn't and just told the recipient to be very careful. I would love if there was a different way to secure the hoop inside the frame. Maybe have those hinges similar to the back of photo frames? Or a wooden circle that could be placed over the back (for an extra fee of course)? This would have made me feel a lot better gifting the finished work.

This was my first time ordering from this store and it was wonderful! I had a customer service issue that was resolved right away, shipping was fast, and the product is great! The beechwood hoops hold tension extremely well so they are great to work on before putting the project on a bamboo hoop for display. I will be ordering more :)
