Yomo no Kaori Yamamasa Koyamaen Matcha

AtAt first sip, you will think that this match is grassy seaweed and spinach, but add a bit of vanilla extract some sweetener and a pinch of salt and there you go it is floral or the Matcha not nutty but it’s very light. It’s good not my preference, but it’s something different..

i give this a 5/5 in a latte. on its own it is a little bitter and has a strong umami flavor. overall it is very good
