I would rate this a 3.5 out of 5 it has some fishy notes white chocolate notes faint nutty notes and a some astringency when whisked and drank with milk the bitterness decreases but it’s still strong and I would recommend using a sweetener but if you could just spend a lil more and go for something higher that would be way better overall this matcha is good for its price.
