Not compatible with existing Stroller - Zelia Model

Purchased this to be able to use with existing stroller which is Maxi Cosi Zelia. I read that the product is compatible however it appears I need to purchase an adapter separately which wouldn't be an issue howevet I cannot find the product on the site or even on Maxi Cosi's website.

Disappointing experience with Snuggle Bugz

I bought a car seat, then saw a week later it went on sale. I contacted customer service to inquire about a price adjustment. They won’t do an adjustment for that particular sale (like most companies would). Then I said I would like to return it. They won’t let me to return a new in box car seat. Then I show them that other companies are having the same sale, they still won’t price match. Seems like they will always find a reason to get out of a price match. Disappointing to say the least. I’ll be shopping elsewhere.
