This GMWD Seal Row bench is the real deal. I’m 6'5", 245 lbs, and this thing fits my frame perfectly. The height, pad position, and overall stability are spot on. No compromise, no awkward setup, and no feeling like I’m cramming myself onto equipment that wasn’t designed for bigger lifters. The bench is rock solid. Zero wobble, zero flex. Being fully supported lets me row heavy with strict form and actually target my upper and mid-back instead of cheating reps or stressing my lower back. My back was absolutely cooked after the first session in the best way. Assembly was easy and straightforward, took about 45 minutes from start to finish with clear instructions and solid packaging. What really tops this setup off is pairing it with my Bells of Steel curved Swiss bar. That combo is money. The neutral grip feels incredible on my shoulders and elbows, and the curve allows a deep stretch and strong contraction through the entire pull. The bar path just feels natural, and I can crank reps without joint pain. This setup has completely upgraded my back training. It feels like a commercial gym-quality seal row station in my own space. Bottom line: If you’re serious about back development and want a true seal row that works for taller, bigger lifters, this bench is legit. Add a curved Swiss bar and you’ve got a top-tier back builder. Highly recommend.

Good for my uses

Excellent for rowing and isolating the back as well as being able to do rear delt flies. This is my 3rd piece of equipment from them. I would rate their quality control a 3 star because all pieces I have received have had something wrong with them. This equipment is a 4 star because of its exceptional use as is, but the quality is the 3 star. Obviously crooked/ warped steel. The front foot of the thing isn’t even making contact with the floor. The customer service for this company is responsive and definitely fixes mishaps, but it sure would be convenient to get it right the first time. That being said again it’s still serves its purpose, and hasn’t necessarily derailed me from considering other pieces of equipment from them. At the end of the day as long as it works, it works. Their prices are fair so you can’t expect too much, but for the price you pay you shouldn’t have obvious flaws. Overall I’m still happy with what I got. Thanks GMWD.

Targets the Upper Back

Solid, quality steel rack involves a fairly simple assembly procedure and gives me a nice stretch in the mid back while allowing me a full range of motion with the rowing movement, as long as I use the proper "U" shaped barbell.
