Pet Car Seat Cover

I email the support contact on 30 July & no one hasnt gotten back yet. I received my pet seat cover today for the back seat for my car the black & green. There no build in PVC hard panel the one I just received it's definitely not the same in the pictures the one I have seems fragile. This is not want I paid for $94.98, how do I go about getting the PVC hard panel for mines or do I exchange mines for the one that you advertised in the photo with the PVC hard panel, that's the main reason I purchase this product. Please let me know asap. Thank you.

False advertising. No hard bottom. Nothing like what is shown or advertised and company does not respond to return requests or refund requests so i have to dispute the charge with my bank. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY THIS PRODUCT IS JUNK AND FALSELY ADVERTISED. THEY ARE THEIVES.

I wish I could give a negative star. I waited 2 months for nothing. I tried emailing customer service multiple times about my order status, but never heard back. Finally, I had had enough and submitted my order to my credit card company as fraudulent. When I emailed them to tell them, they finally got back to me. A few weeks later, my order showed up in abeat up package, and it was from someone named Abby?. When I opened it, it wasn't what I ordered. It was two soft dog seat covers. I ordered the hard bottom cover, and what took two months was incorrect. Do Do not purchase from this company.
