Gel Insole
I wish I had these a few weeks ago. I got them and used them the next day. It made a big difference. I’ve had other gel inserts but they seem to flatten over a period of hours!! I actually put these in the freezer before I used them and it was a game changer. I think they were a little overpriced, at the end I would purchase them again.
