The standard runs large even on my big headed TWH. I HAD TO PUNCH SEVERAL HOLES IN THE LEATHER ON ALL THE ADJUSTMENTS. It is however, very heavy leather and well made. The only part I don’t care for is how difficult it is to change the bit
