Gift Pack

We bought 2 bikes last fall. To this day, I can't get the seats to stay in one spot. No matter how tight the latch is turned, it just will not stay in one position. Is there an upgrade to the locking system? Please advise.

The fenders are not as heavy as is like them to be and the mirtors are not well made.
