ÉCLAT COLORING KIT

The die cut I received was damaged. The foam part is misaligned with the wood part of the die cut which leads to the glue that’s meant to hold the foamtogether being exposed. It can stick to the paper I am cutting so I held off on the project I was going to test out. Also, the misalignment means that the piece that slides in and out cannot do so easily. Parts of the foam are also not glued on. It’s been stated on lives that emails are responded to with 48 hours but I reach out via email with pictures to see if I could get a replacement (and I would send this one back) and it’s been 6 days without a response. I even sent a follow up this morning and there’s been no response by the end of the day. This isn’t the first time it’s taken well past the 48 hour mark to receive a response. I reached out on their lives today and no response. I really hope I can get this issue resolved in a timely manner. The die cuts I’ve purchased truly felt like an investment so I hope to be able to use it as intended.
