Pikake Island Ambiance Reed Diffuser

one of the diffusers was leaking everywhere.. but maile incredible customer service team is sending a replacement. but that's the only reason for the deducted star.. i have been a lifelong customer of this brand and have never had this issue. and when it happened I wasnt worried because theyre an honest small business and knew they would make it right. i love everything they make!!!
