Brilliant customer service
When you're sending live plants by post, things will occasionally go wrong - it's about how you fix it. You fixed this by incredibly swift and hassle-free replacement of the two plants in a much larger (and otherwise perfect) order that arrived in bad condition. The replacements are great and thriving, thank you.

Unusual and lovely herbs
Lovely herbs, some unusual ones too, not to be found in garden centres easily. Arrived fresh and now potted are thriving. Would highly recommend.

This was dried out with a number of faded leaves but now I have potted it up I hope it will start to thrive!
