organic golden flax oil

A Great Daily Supplement

I’ve been using this organic golden flax seed oil and I’m really happy with it. The oil has a mild, pleasant taste, which makes it easy to add to smoothies, salads, or even just take by the spoonful. It’s not overpowering like some other oils can be, which I really appreciate. The texture is smooth, and the quality feels fresh and clean. I love that it’s organic and cold-pressed — you can tell the difference. Great source of omega-3s and a simple way to boost your nutrition daily.

I add 3 tbsp of this to my green smoothies per Doctor Brooke Goldner's protocol. I like the taste SO much more than ½ cup whole flax seeds ground in my smoothies.
