Black Soldier Fly Pupae

Don’t recommend. They did not arrive alive. On their own website, if I understood correctly, the pupae stage takes a week. I waited a couple days to see if there was activity but there was not. I reached and and all I got was a Sorry nothing we will do

Stuck with USPS

No delivery yet. Filled out missing mail search. Still nothing. Arrived in Honolulu on May 19th, It's now the 27th. They will probably be dead by the time I receive them. If I ever receive them. I'm pretty mad at the USPS. Not your guys fault.

Excellent Customer Service

Symton provides great customer service. I had an issue where my container arrived opened, and they immediately responded and shipped me a replacement. Great product, my Jackson's Chameleon loves the BSF!
