Almost the perfect leggings in the world.

These are the best fitting leggings I've ever bought. They look and feel amazing. They are the perfect length, just touching the floor and I'm 5 foot 8 (173cm) tall. The fabric feels so soft and smooth, but unfortunately I can't give 5 starts as the fabric pulls with anything sharp or scratchy like velco so you end up having visible lumps and fuzzy bits on the fabric that can't be removed.
