I absolutely love it however, if it wasn’t for me having my premium membership in the rosarium, I would’ve thought it was defective because I tried waving it and holding it a dead place I could think of along the back like I was shown by other people and it didn’t work at all I even tried Bluetooth to see if my device recognized it didn’t show up that way either finally black Rose answered my post for help and they said they held her up by the top of their camera lens and it activated and sure enough that’s what it took for mine to work so I wish there was like a troubleshooting Link to the order if someone has a problem so that they could go through the various solutions that others found for the different makes of phones. Mine is an Apple iPhone, the last generation from the current one and it activated at the very top of my camera lenses, not on the main part of the body at all! I hope this helps someone

I love the concept of this product, the fit and wear ability is great. I just wish it didn't take so long to get to me (over a month). But I would definitely buy it all over again
