A Wonderful Composition in a Cup!

This is my favorite coffee from Edgewater so far. It is an Ethiopian bean, and the tasting notes were tasted precisely as described in my experience. Sometimes, coffee-tasting notes leave me searching for how someone decided that flavor was present. Not so with Prose. The medley of tasting notes was quickly detected, and the coffee finished wonderfully on the palate!
