The second round was better

I ordered this as a Mother's Day gift for my 92-year-old mother. It didn't arrive until the Wednesday after, and everything inside was melted/thawed. She managed to get hold of someone who shipped a second box out. That came a few days later and was still frozen. I can report that she liked the potato soup.
