I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I’ve contacted customer service four separate times regarding missing items from my order and have yet to receive a response. It’s unacceptable to have items missing from an order and then be completely ignored when trying to get the issue resolved. The lack of communication and customer service is ridiculous. I expected much better and would be hesitant to order from this company again.

Very pretty chain but i can not use it for permanent jewelry due to the pearls being made of a non durable material.
I will some clasped ready to wear options to sell cheaper.
