Mod Solid Wood Sideboard Reactive

Several scratches and blemishes. Contacted company and have been routed to an operator (not company), and then told we had to have original shipping package, PO, and other unreasonable items to file a claim, despite this information already being available from the shipping company hired by Old Bones. Old Bones also requires product to be in the shipping package, in original form, meaning a customer would be required to have xray vision to see through packaging to identify any damage without removing item from packaging. Completely unreasonable, terrible customer service, not likely to recommend Old Bones or utilize their products or services again.
