Mid Waterproof Brown

Not only did this company send me the wrong size shoe, they wanna charge me an extra $25 to send me back the shoe that originally ordered. This is not right. You need to fix my order. Send me the correct size 12 that I ordered I forwarded you pictures and emails several times. No response shows me how much you take pride in your company fix this problem or this could get a lot worse for your company.

I was sent the wrong size, but was told I needed to pay extra to exchange it despite it being their error. When I agreed to the exchange, they didn’t have the correct size. I then stated I wanted to return the item with a full refund and got no response. Customer service was not good, it took days for a single response. Now I’m stuck with a pair of boots that don’t fit and no way to return them. I should have known the price was too good to be true.

They seem to be slightly different from ones in the store. The shipping information was pretty much non existent. I started to file a refund claim because I thought I had gotten ripped off but they finally came.
