It took more than three weeks on shipping. As i read their reviews they always shipped the wrong sizes to the customers, mines is no exception that is 1/2 size bigger. As from the reviews customers need to pay extra $25 for them to reship the right size shoes. Please have checked all the reviews before placing any order.

El zapata es bueno solo que esta compañía es mala porque manda el numero de zapato equivocado y ahora me.pide que yo page para devuelva mi pedido cuandoellos por su mala atencion al clente y no poner atencion a la informacion son inos ineptos no recomiendo qie compren en esta compañia

I ordered size 12 .5 in men’s. They ended up sending a size 11. When i contacted them about exchanging for the right size they informed me they had no 12.5 in stock. Asked for a refund and was informed they could do a refund but it would cost me $25. I contacted them again asking why i should have to pay $25 for their mistake and why they think it is alright to just send another size instead of contacting the customer to see if they wanted a refund. They are no longer responding to E-Mails. I ordered them on May 21st and received them on june18th
