I'm only a newbie so I can't really comment on the product yet, but regarding service and all other things involved, I'm hugely impressed by it all. I'm a 74yo who is trying to defy what everybody's concept is about that age and prove, to myself even, that the perception that bits should start to fail and maybe fall off is inaccurate, so I can only do that with top quality stuff.
