Your subscription is great overall. Selection is great, coffee is great, your customer support is great. Honestly I have been with you since years now and I keep thinking you are among the bests, if not the best among the place.

Your subscription always brings a great experience in coffee. It sometimes challenges how i see / taste coffee, which is great for me. I dont buy coffee from you guys, i buy a full experience - and i truely love it. The more you can diversify, find new markets, lots, countries, the better. A new story, and new coffee - from idea to my cup, thats what you do so great! Thank you!

I think Ritual is very well done. The service is always quick and efficient, the coffee is excellent, and the special offers they have from time to time are a great added value for customers. Overall, it’s a great experience with very good service
