Product quality is good - very happy, delivery not great - I ordered 2 x identical mats - one arrived within a couple of weeks, other took about a month, however, customer services were really helpful in sorting things out.

Excellent customer service - ordered two custom tri-grip heavy duty mats. Really prompt, friendly responses on chat - not an AI bot, a real person. Previous mats have never lasted. These have a tougher backing, have already resisted determined scratching by our dog without any damage, look smart and are easy to remove dog hair from - that's a win in my book!
