Product is great and top quality! Delivery and shipping top notch. Did have an issue with taxes and the state I live in, which needs to be noted on the website. Customer service did inform me of the issue right away.

Beautiful Table in every way

It is a piece of art. The install was performed in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the installer did not notice the pucks or wax was not included in the box so they had to send those out later. With that, it was impossible to set the climate adjusters. Installer came back to adjust twice and may come one more time as the adjustments take time to settle in. Game Room Shop did what they could given they are primarily a middle man for the transaction and do not have much to do with the process unless you have a problem that they will help facilitate for you.
