Great formula, just a thinner consistency

Really like the new fragrance free formula. I will say it's a little runnier than the regular version, but not impactful enough to take off a star.

customer service?

I like the product but it arrived with a hole in the bag. I wasn't able to find any way to contact customer service until I was asked to write a review weeks later. I know accidents happen in shipping but it would be good to have a recourse instead of taping up the bag and trying to avoid making the leak any worse.

My hair feels great. Ends are much happier. Thrilled to find this in a fragrance free version
