New Wash Fragrance Free 8oz bottle

I really wanted New Wash to work for me, but after using it a couple of times I broke out in a painful and itchy rash around the back of my neck and behind my ears. I used the hair balm at the same time so I don’t know if one or both were responsible.

Let down by the bottle

The shampoo is great but the bottle is heavy and the top fills up with water in the shower. I have always bought the pouches before which though not ideal last much longer than this seemed to. Has no idea it was almost empty till it stopped dispensing

Not for me

I love the way this product makes my hair look and feel, but with continued use, it causes scalp irritation. Itching and flaking that doesn’t improve after 1 month. Thought unscented might be better than original formula but the effect is the same.
