Amazing delicate flavor- coffee cousin w no jitters

I use two spoons of this barley, chicory, beet root cereal drink in a coffee mug and add hot water and whole milk or half and half. This is absolutely delicious, filling/satisfying, and surprisingly nutritious. My whole family is now hooked.

The taste seemed kind of pale. At least not what I was expecting. Interesting enough for something new. I thought maybe mixing it with a little instant cocoa, or even instant coffee. I was expecting something a little more robust like the chicory infused coffee that we find in New Orleans Louisiana.
