وصلت الشوكولاتة بحالة سيئة، وكانت بعض القطع مفتوحة والشوكولاتة خارجة من التغليف. الشكل والطعم لم يكونا جيدين، لذلك اضطررنا إلى رميها.
كما أنني طلبت علبتين من Semiramis Seville Orange معمول النارنج، ووصلتني علبة واحدة فقط. لم يتم إبلاغي بالنقص أو رد المبلغ إلا بعد أن تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء وقدمت شكوى.
The chocolate arrived in poor condition. Some pieces were open, and chocolate had leaked from the packaging. The appearance and taste were disappointing, so we had to throw it away.
I also ordered two cans of Semiramis Seville Orange but received only one. I was only informed about the shortage and refunded after contacting customer service and submitting a complaint.
