Subject: Complaint About Delivery Fee Coverage Dear Customer Service, I purchased items with the understanding that the delivery fee would cover shipping to my address in Hong Kong. However, after the shipment arrived in Hong Kong, Hong Kong Post informed me that the submitted delivery charges only apply to small mail parcels. My order exceeds the small parcel service limit, so I am required to drive more than one hour to a designated post office to collect it.
