Best way to grow strawberries!

I used to grow my strawberries in a raised bed, but between the squirrels, slugs and other critters we didn't get many for us. Now, the strawberries hang over the planter pockets!

I was skeptical when my husband bought our first one, but over the course of that first year I realized how incredibly useful they are, so much so that I bought a second one this year. I plan on adding many more. It takes planter growing to a practical level of actual productive volume at the same time as keeping everything neat and contained. It’s so nice to pop outside, zip the frost cover off the garden and harvest greens and parsley all winter. I moved my perennial herb garden into our second Greenstalk, and I’ll be getting more for additional greens and other vegetables. I can keep it well protected from rabbits and pests, and there’s just no downside!
