The only thing that I found that was a concern was the width of the padded section did not cover the width of the queen size bed. This allows the bed to still get wet if the sleeping person moves across the bed during the night. Also when the incontinent person gets out of the bed the unprotected area on the bed edge gets wet. The product is good but needs to cover the bed width.
