Disappointing "starter kit"

My starter kit arrived in a rather damaged box, presumably jumbled quite a bit during its trip from Turkey. Everything appears to be there, though my impression is that this is a mix of old and new components, as some pieces were in separate, original packaging and some had clearly been resealed within anti-static bags. There were no instructions included nor links to instructions. In fact, the storage box doesn't even have the pictured "Raspberry Pi Pico Super Starter Kit" label, nor any labels. I had hoped to start sending these starter kits out as gifts, but these are not beginner friendly at all in my opinion.
