This is a gift for an August birthday, so I can only state what I see and the wonderful customer service I received throughout the process. I will strongly suggest to the gift recipient that they do business with you in the future as my experience was way above and beyond considering customer service in our environment. The product definitely looks great, was packed very well, and shipped without any damage. I think my son will be thrilled.
